"My husband and I booked a table at this restaurant after reading good reviews on trip advisor. When we arrived I was ready to turn around, as from the outside and down an alley, it doesn't look like much - but do not turn around!!! This was by far the best meal we have had. We shared a scallop starter - cooked, seasoned and presented to perfection! I had a veal main and my husband haddock, both accompanied with well thought out sides of new flavours that went so well! This chef certainly knows his stuff! We even had a dessert each which we wouldn't normally but the food was so good we had to try them- and weren't disappointed. To top it all off the meal was very reasonably priced. If it wasn't our last night I would definitely visit again, and would recommend to anyone visiting Strasbourg. Thank you!"

Excellent food, from starter to dessert. Creative dishes, nice presentation, very, very tasty. We will definitely come again. Nice and competent service. Nothing to complain. We were not too crazy about the wine, but it was definitely okay for the price.

We were 5 adults with a 20 month old baby. We made an online reservation and arrived right at 7pm. This small, personal restaurant is in an out of the way, quiet little alley, away from the cathedral mayhem. Our hostess/server was thoughtful, pleasant and efficient. The meal was fresh, absolutely delicious and a much-needed break from the typical Alsatian fare. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Visited this off-the-beaten path after touring the xmas markets. The server was very nice and friendly, even tolerating my poor French. Scallop starter was yummy but could have used a bit more salt. Daughter's chicken was dry and sauce a bit under seasoned. My veal was rather chewy and accompanying potatoes, flavorless. Best dish was the duck with the mashed sweet potatoes. Nice flavor and perfect cook. Service was rather slow - after 1hr15 we still hadn't gotten our mains. Still it was a nice atmosphere to linger. Price was reasonable.

We visited this restaurant on the 9th January 2016 and we loved it.The food was EXCELLENT and an entire menu only cost 30€. The quality of the food was very good and you could taste that the cook takes great care in preparing the meals, everything is homemade. The waitress also recommended us a very nice wine and seemed to know what she was talking about. The only downside was that we waited for a long time, but since we had great company that was not really an issue plus the great food really makes you want to wait for it. We would definitely go back there again!

Bravo!

This was a cute little place that made you feel welcome from the moment we entered. It was really hard to choose from the menu since all of it seemed great. We tried the scallops with mango salsa and the pumpkin soup with oyster mushrooms, both tasty and just the right size to wet our appetites. As for entree we chose the duck breast and the cod, duck breast being the winner with rich, full yet clean taste. The cod was light, fresh and creamy with the accompanying risotto. We finished our evening with a crème brûlée tarte and a variety of French cheeses. All for a very affordable set menu price too. Very nice, cute and comfy place.
