Had the regional set menu and food was well cooked presented and tasty, very good value and good service hopefully going back for best lunch

We dined from the set menu. The dining room is modern and comfortable. All dishes were nicely cooked and served. there was a decent choice of wines too. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall, and enjoyable evening.

Réservé à l'avance dans le cadre d'un forfait voyage, ce restaurant s'est avéré être une perle, et il est situé juste à côté du centre d'Arras. Les grands groupes sont emmenés dans la crypte qui ajoute vraiment quelque chose en plus à l'expérience.

Really good home style French food. At first thought not that special, but really well cooked, very tasty and amazingly good value. Four of us had three courses and drinks for €70 and it was fabulous. Maitre dee is a lovely host and all around great meal. Worth the visit.

Super emplacement sur la magnifique place du Grand - par une journée ou une soirée chaude, vous pouvez voir dehors et profiter des vues imprenables. La cuisine est principalement traditionnelle française, réalisée de manière très traditionnelle. La clientèle était principalement composée de touristes et de Français plus âgés, alors ils connaissent peut-être leur marché, mais je l'ai trouvée assez peu inspirante.

We decided to take the most expensive menu option at €32 and did not regret it. For a starter we both chose the Salade Norvégienne (smoked salmon with a beautifully poached egg) and then I chose the duck (medium-rare with a honey sauce) and my partner chose the scallops, which she raved about. We both followed our main course with a plate of local cheeses - beautiful!A friendly atmosphere, traditional French cuisine and a sure touch in the cooking; what's not to like?

On a snowy Monday in arras on a Monday we luckily found this restaurant open. It was a lucky find and we will certainly go back. There was a very warm welcome. We were the only people but it didn't matter. We had the dearer set menu as it was our last day in France. I had the artisan pate to start with, and my husband had the crepe filled with ham, cheese etc. We both had the beef stew with chips and various puréed vegetables for the main course. For pudding I has cassis sorbet with a generous pouring of cassis and my husband had croquant a trios chocolate. It was all delicious.it was the best meal we've had in France all week

J'ai mangé là-bas à quelques reprises lors d'un récent voyage de golf avec 15 amis. Les deux soirs, nous avons opté pour un menu à prix fixe à 27€/personne avec 3 choix pour chacun des 3 plats, 6 bouteilles de vin de la maison, de l'eau et du café. Le propriétaire nous a offert une terrasse extérieure pour les deux soirées, ce qui était difficile à trouver un week-end d'été animé pour 16 personnes (avec la garantie d'une place à l'intérieur en cas de pluie). La nourriture était une cuisine locale décente et probablement digne de 3 étoiles, mais je lui ai donné une étoile supplémentaire pour le service et la convivialité du propriétaire et de son personnel, ainsi que pour l'ambiance globale.

Having previously used this restaurant and given it a 5 Star rating on Trip Advisor I was so disappointed when I revisited the establishment on Friday 7 July 2017.I took four friends along assuring them I had received great food and excellent service on my previous visit.We all ordered the Picard Ficelle as our hot starter. They were delivered warm on the outside and cold in the middle. As soon as we brought the situation to the attention of the Maitre d' he immediately had all five plates cleared and new piping hot ficelles delivered.
