"We have deviated from the highway to go eat. We have chosen this bar-restaurant because of the good comments we have read on Google. Today, August 15 and a holiday. "Fuimos a este restaurante por las reseñas que vimos por internet. Situado en Faura, un pueblo a 15 min de Sagunto. Es un local integrado en una casa del centro del pueblo (impossible aparcar en la calle, tienes que ir a calles colindantes . Decoración minimalista pero con calidez. Disponen de dos menús para cenar (Uno con 3 entrantes, 1 principal y postre. El otro es con 5 entrantes, 1 principal y postre. , nosotros elegimos el primero y no te quedas con hambre. Los menús van cambiando de platos según temporada, creo. Buena materia prima y elaboración acurada, servicio joven y atento. Buena carta de vinos sin ser muy extensa. Buena relación precio-calidad. Ideal para una velada tranquila en pareja o con amigos. Mejor reservar. Nos sorprendió gratamente. El único pero seria el aparcamiento."

Although, as I say, it is not the cheapest tapas shop, it is impossible to imagine a price more adjusted to the quality of the product. The bravas are amazing, the battered ear spectacular, the Andalusian squid with a very delicate batter, even some modest grilled mushrooms have their special touch.
