I mention this because it already makes a difference from the first minute they arrive. in the interior they get an average service, probably even a decent (it depends all on how busy reviewing their mobile and social media is the owner of the site outside (especially when they are out of town). they receive the kind of service they will never forget when in vejer de la frontera. (they were warned) they do not expect courteous, friendly or even welcoming. neither inside nor outside. inside, however, they can expect a decent timing in the portion. Outside, as the owner cannot see, the waitress will not take care less. I was really disappointed with recommendations from remarkable local recognizable means of life. very salty black paella and no excuse or offer given us. for the first time I have disappointed in vejer with eating in the last 5 years.

an amazing selection of different ways to tempt them! we had lunch today, otopussalat, cadjau in a sose, bull stew, with real chips! croquettes of fish, plus 3 delicious desserts that we shared, all with a very respectable white rioja, that was. we had 2 friendly waiters, carlos and juanma, who looked after us very well. la negra deserves success. it is a great addition to the new city. we may have to try next breakfast!
