When we ordered the signature dish tuna tartare, the waiter directly said that she should ”…check if the soya sauce is gluten free?”. Impressive. They even offers GF bread. We had some ten lunches and dinners here and recommends pasta carbonara, tuna tartar, roasted patatoes ”patate arrosto” and caprese sallad. Sushi is not available all days, but ask – staff can inform if GF pieces can be arranged. La Favorita is an art hotel with to venues, a seaside restaurant and a hotel restaurant right across the street. Same kitchen. Clean toilets inside and if you pay with bank or credit card, you do so in the hotel reception."

Had a wonderful seafood dinner here. Menu has numbers to identify allergies. Staff that spoke English, were well aware of anything containing gluten and served GF bread on request. Unfortunately no pizza is GF, but seafood is well worth the visit.
