"Bello il locale, il servizio è cordiale e disponibile, ma cucina manca di ricercatezza e sapore: la parmigiana mancava di mozzarella e parmigiano in quantità equilibrata, era un piatto di melanzane e passata con ... Della panna? Ottime e buonissime, oltre che interessanti, le mezzelune al pistacchio invece. Le torte salate dovrebbero essere la specialitá della casa, ma invece la torta porri e stracchino mancava di sapore, non era neanche sufficentemente dorata con l'uovo, e la pasta sfoglia non era croccante e fragrante ma morbida, in oltre avrei insaporito meglio i porri saltandoli con degli aromi come pepe e rosmarino e sfumati con del brodo per rendere la torta piú saporita, e avrei aggiunto anche sopra un po' di parmigiano per una leggera gratinatura della torta salata, che si sarebbe sposata molto bene con la fragranza della sfoglia (se fosse stata fragrante), la torta salata invece risultava... Piatta e un po' anemica ed è un vero peccato. I dolci sono strepitosi, è forse l'unico vero motivo per venire a mangiare qui. Anche l'entré di benvenuto era ben elaborato. In conclusione é un locale discreto che con qualche accorgimento di attenzione e cura da parte della cucina sarebbe davvero un gran locale. Le potenzialità ci sono."

"Abbiamo mangiato una sera in occasione del compleanno di mia madre.. Considerando che è un ristorante con una storia alle spalle.. Si presenta in una cascina ristrutturata, In un piccolo paese di falegnami nel basso Canavese.. La cucina è un mix tra la cucina tipica piemontese e la nuvelle cuisine accompagnato da una lunga lista di vini per tutti i gusti e palati..ovviamente la qualità come in tutte le cose si paga ma considerando tutti gli aumenti che ci sono stati recentemente..i prezzi non sono così eccessivi per un livello che si distingue.. I piatti sono elaborati ma sempre con prodotti freschi e con ottimi affiancamenti che variano dagli antipasti ai dolci.. Anche sul reparto di grappe e liquori ben forniti con 3 etichette che a parer mio sono fra le migliori.. Il sevizio è eccellente con personale preparato e disponibile.. Come voto starei tra l'8 ed il 9."

"This place is now a must when we have business trips near Turin. Managed from a family from Neapel, they have great fish and extraordinary pizza. Group of 7 people from Germany, Czech, Mexico India and Italy half of us had pizza, half scialiatelli ai frutti di Mare and fried calamari and gamberi. Everybody loved his food and we had a faboulous time. For desserts we had a Neapel selection, the pastiera scored the highest points. Friendly fast service. Great evening thanks again !"

"sometimes we are roasted in looking for refined places, details, in search of special goits and do, even, kilometers to discover that exoticism that so attracts us and then it turns out that, around the corner (it is done to say) there are places like the bed where all expectations are reached if not exceeded. We had started with good expectations and we ociti estasiati to the point to repromise to return as soon as possible to this place of culinary paradise. The grace and kindness of the waiters, particular mention for him definitely to the height in this kind of environments, allowed to swallow a dinner as long ago we did not happen. Addirittura a dish has entered the olympus of my absolute favorites and, believe me, it is not easy but these ravioli cacio and pepper with moscardini in wet have entered prepotence on the podium. A plateau of sea appetizers with unique excellences, all accompanied by an excellent bottle of tuff greek that made all the aromas and the brackish aromas of our beautiful Italy. We already thought we had climbed up with the refinement of what we had and could not expect the tail surprise constituted by a combination of amazing sweets; very good the chocolate semi-freddo but what made the gothic papilles explode was the meringue to the true berries of this gothic jewelry, the alternation of the soft loose with scales of solid meringue in a drowning of jam to the berries I think will pass to history, I do not say it to thank me no but I believe it is one of the best desserts that I have ever eaten. Unquestionably a service of this type has a cost, the quality is not found on the street but it is to be discovered and purchased and so the account is justified that you can not feel economic but you can not get anything seen the quality of the ingredients. An excellent judgment on my part does not happen every day but this place deserves it all. Vivamente recommended."
