Friendly service. The food is great, absolutely delicious. Feels like you are having a treat but actually eating healthily.

They found us a table after a chaotic trip at the premier Inn and gave us the best customer service and food we'd had in a long time. I could never be so grateful.

Lovely staff they are a real asset to this place. Great vegan and veggie choices and really tasty food. Would have been five stars but the decor needs attention wallpaper coming off and cobwebs in the corners. I imagine it’s very costly to be where they are so hopefully they will do a revamp when profits allow because this could be a really special place

If you book ahead they can make more dishes GF but the normal KFC chicken is and about a third of other dishes are available GF as standard. They asked me for some feedback on the food and what would help people requesting GF food, they cook the food separately and now offer a menu that clearly states gluten free options, just ask for it : Very tasty food!

Let’s start with the positives.. Lovely waitress, fab nibbles(just love the corn chips! delicious udon noodles granddaughter loved her beef bulgogl Not so great: my KFC honey soy chicken very overcooked really tough..should be melt in the mouth! But the worst thing..by far..£1.25 for extra lettuce leaves for the bulgogl…really???!! So it was overall an okay experience but probably won’t return as not good value for money.. Voir le carte

Brilliant food. Amazing service. Staff are 5 stars. Came here for the first time and would definitely recommend. There was a young lad who seemed to be in charge of seating people. He was amazing. My partner has booked the table 20 mins before we arrived and his system hadn't updated so he wasn't aware of the booking but he got us a table downstairs. very quickly and efficiently. Such a lovely young man. Hes a credit to this company. Our waiter was another young lad with blonde hair and he was very helpful and quick. Nice and friendly. Atmosphere was brilliant aswell.

Glad we booked as restaurant was full. 29.12.23) Drinks and food order taken and starters arrived relatively quickly and were delicious! The rest of the meal went a little slower, in our view could have done with at least another 2 servers as the only 2 there were so busy and it was difficult to catch their eye. Our mains were tasty. The desserts would benefit from some thing a bit sharp as they were essentially pancakes fritters with ice cream, made well but a bit bland for our taste. The environment was quite noisy due to there being no soft furnishings at all, perhaps some drapes and curtains would help. Lacks tablecloths, more like a cafe in style. We’ve been here a few times and never had a problem, but this visit was very disappointing. Only 2 servers on shift and they appeared to be rushed off their feet, I felt sorry for them. They were polite and took our orders around 2:15pm. Come 3:30 we had our starters (they forgot one of our starters, however, and 2 drinks . No sign of mains (other people who came after us got their food, paid and left! until I enquired about them and suddenly they arrived. We asked for no egg on a vegan bibimbap and it came with an egg and had to be sent back. Lettuce for the bulgogi was also forgotten. Food was good, as usual. Tasty and hot.
