Staff were sweet nice and friendly! And this is the first kfc in the UK!

It's a students' hangout. Very small space and great patronage. Besieged mostly by students. The staff is overworked and overwhelmed many times.

Absolutely shocking food will never use again or through just eat and Uber these company’s should be locked up for what theve created its modern day slavery this poor lad turned up on a bike with bags full of food for other customers disgraceful Voir le carte

Since this location is said to be the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in the UK, it is disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The tables and floor are littered with trash, the tables are dirty, and the staff seems uninterested and unprofessional.

As of 05/09/2023, a worker who I don’t know if I can name done amazing tonight, he was fast with the service and the food and I couldn’t thank him enough, I’ve gave him a tip and recommendation to his manager, if you see this worker, thank you bro you done great and thanks for the waters too, appreciate everything you done tonight. -Stephen

Last week I try to buy a dinner from KFC near to Preston docks .one of the lady staff WITH SHORT HAIR kicked me out from the shop she said I can't get in .I think she kicked me out because I am an Indian because I saw some other customers inside the shop , then I can assure that she is a racist . Little 4 Yr old girl was desperate for bathroom, seen toilets so decided to go in but on entering the man behind counter said I needed to purchase something before I can use them, wow so decided to leave and go to floor three for the disabled as didn't want to take in the males, and couldn't go into the ladies, but getting up there find out of order. Thankful a kind lady offered to take little one into ladies. Won't be buying from this store again.

The chips were very dry and the chicken had an odd coating that came off all at once, as if it hadn't been heated enough to stick properly. The chicken itself was a bit watery and barely cooked to Kentucky standards. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10. Additionally, there is a tall black man who works there during the day and he moves very slowly, appearing as though he believes the world owes him a favor. The restaurant needs to improve both their food quality and staff efficiency.

Absolutely disgusted in the service at Preston drive thru tonight! After coming to get my daughter and her friends a birthday tea treat and sitting in the queue for almost half an hour waiting, when I come to the window to pay I’m told the card reader isn’t taking contactless payments properly and hasn’t been for a while as it got wet! I was hoping to use ApplePay as I didn’t have my purse on me but this wasn’t possible, I was asked to use my bank card instead which I clearly said I didn’t have despite being asked several times.
