Kfc Camberley London Road

Got 2 x triology box meals and they forgot the chips!!!! As its drive thru didnt realise until home. The phone number on the website is WRONG. So poor poor poor!!!!!

Food was barely cooked and didn’t taste quite right. There was actual poo up the walls in the toilet too that’s clearly more than a day old. Makes you wonder about general hygiene

we usually go here, but lately we have started to get an increasing lack of food as well as horrible service. there is much less salad in the rice boxes and salad boxes the service at the drive thru was horrendous. seemed to be only one worker doing both customer service at the till and managing the drive through, eventually had to wait about ten minutes to actually order our food and had to wait 5 more for them to prepare it

Had to wait forever to order food then proceeded to next window and when handed coffee they managed to spill on my hand and all down the side of my car inside and out nearly burning my hand without an apology then had to wait another 10 minutes for food then when I went to eat found they had forgotten sauce and fork of spoon to eat the beans so had to go back in to ask for these but girl behind counter had lost her tongue. Shocking service

Been a few times, feels like a place where all care and hope goes to die. Food is barely cooked, takes time to get it, for the cost you're better off just getting McDonald's nuggets down the road and pouring pepper on it for a third the price. Also have to question why the entrance was just locked while people are inside eating, with over an hour left until they shut. Had to leave via the emergency exit because apparently no one there cares about that?

Easy to miss from the main road. Nice new terminals for ordering, good and cosy benches, enough space most people won't complain. Portions are fair, and taste is alright, so food was freshly made most probably. Downsides: This is one of these KFCs where you have to ask for everything, salt, straws, napkins, etc. Service is not terrible, but rather poor. Noticed a cleanliness issue. I wouldn't mind if the floor was dirty, but if someone gives me something that I will eat in dirty packing... that's a bit disgusting. So some improvement needed

26/05/23 20:30pm. Service was so rude, the girl at the till entered my free reward on a seperate receipt/order and so they had made it before I even finished ordering our actual order and expected me to sit and wait with it getting cold while my actual order was in the queue to be prepared. When I asked for it because it was missing in the bag, she said we were calling for you for ages! Yes, maybe you were! While I was still at the **** till!! Useless! They need to add a no ice option to their self service so we no longer have to interact with the idiots they pay to work there.

Awful. everytime me and my boyfriend come here they’re so rude. We ordered boneless chicken they gave us bones. That’s okay everyone makes mistakes however we went back and waiting 10 minutes to be served no one was busy they were waiting around and talking) My boyfriend walked up to them and asked if he could be seen. he explained that the chicken wasn’t bones less and then they proceeded to refuse for a refund or an exchange. they told him he had to pay £1 for them to fix there problem they made? they also told my boyfriend that next time it happens they will be charging full price? it’s appalling. rude workers, poor management and awful communication. Food was standard for KFC until I found a hair which put me off, as well as the unhygienic dirty tables which is inexcusable given how quiet it was inside... Staff were intolerable, rude, interests in everything but serving customers their KFC experience apart from one younger lad on customer floor whom was very welcoming. The manager on shift in a pinky purple shirt was dismissive of me when I tried to complain about the hair, having the gut to say I put it there myself... Refused a refund or exchange despite numerous times of asking politely, then watched me clean up my seating area which made me uneasy then threateningly followed me out of the building to my bus, standing 10 or so metres...
