We paid £17.99 for a 10-piece chicken bucket and 4 fries, but only received 6 pieces of chicken and 1 bag of fries. Make sure to double check your order before leaving as they may overcharge you!

Visited here earlier this week after visiting the theatre . Only the downstairs was open and several “dodgy” types were loitering . Only two tables available both covered in used meals as was the floor . Probably best to avoid late at night !

We’ve just visited the KFC in Oxford Centre and had a delicious meal. The chicken was very tasty, moist and hot. Chips also fresh and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having been a customer for years in this store, I won't be going back. So fed up with this store missing half of my order almost every single time, to return and receive such disgusting attitude for their staff who clearly can't manage the simple task of filling an order! Such a waste of money! I know this is a fast food restaurant, but I expect to receive what I pay for!

This is the filthiest KFC I have ever dined in. The tables were all dirty and the floor was covered in mess. There was a large pool of spilled drink by one table and the floor was extremely greasy, making me fear for my safety. It seems like both the patrons and the staff were not putting in enough effort to maintain cleanliness. I left feeling violated and in need of a hot shower.

The burgers at this restaurant were served cold, even after complaining to the manager and being promised a replacement. The cheese didn't even melt, and serving cold chicken is dangerous, especially for someone who is pregnant like myself. Even after another complaint, the manager refused to acknowledge the issue. I had to demand a refund as the manager just wanted to argue. I have been a customer for 20 years, but I will not be returning. I will be going to Popeyes instead. Voir le carte

Honestly the worst KFC I have ever been to!! Service was awful, to the point we almost told them to forget it and walk out. Which in hindsight I really wish we had. The chips were discusting, they had a really horrible taste to them. The boneless strips were cold and the legs and thigh pieces had so much grease it was literally dripping off and creating puddles on our plates!! The exact opposite of finger lickin good I can promise you! KFC is normally one of my firm favourites, and given the option of a tasty fast food treat, it's always top of my list. But I can honestly say my meal and experience today has put me off for a VERY long time. I will definitely never be going back to this branc...

Ordered the new KFC vegan burger... and wished afterwards I hadn’t bothered. Apparently thrown together by the look of it, constituting a bun, the breaded burger, a little chopped lettuce and something akin to mayonnaise which I am assuming, wasn’t. Largely tasteless, except for a bland spicy heat that became apparent halfway through forcing it down. It also gave me uncomfortable indigestion. Customer service was pretty well disengaged during my visit, with no warmth emanating from staff, difficulty in understanding what was being said and difficulty in being understood. Racist restaurant manager who could not control his emotion and shouted to me “take your food and go home” in a terrifying tone. I have lived in Oxford for 3 three years and this is literally the worst restaurant in this town. I knew their service was terribly slow, so I pre-ordered 15 minutes before I walked in the restaurant to grab my quick lunch. I saw my order number on the screen for collection but still did not get my food because the coffee was not ready. So I asked several times where my food was, but all staff at the counter rudely ignored me.
