Frsh, tasty, crispy chicken that one would expect. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I can recommend and will call again

This KFC is located in a convenient spot for grabbing a bite to eat while shopping, but be prepared for long lines from around 11am until 4pm, or even later.

I purchased 10 pieces of chicken on the evening of the 29th around 9:45. The chicken was overcooked and burnt. I attribute this to us being the last customers of the day. Today, on the 30th, I returned to the restaurant. Voir le carte

Resturant dirty all tables not cleaned staff rude food items ran out no toilet as they had closed it pretty sure not allowed to do that no napkins salt pepper only had one type of Pepsi honestly never coming back here again they couldn’t care less

Queue was long but once inside we were quickly served. Chicken was perfect as was what we expected with crispy batter moist chicken. Trust me some franchise outlets don't always get it right if production not properly planned you end up with oily chicken so kudos to this outlet.

My first experience in kfc was in 1980 and the food was delicious and the service was active but this time I experienced something new the food was disgusting and cold and the service was very poor and the sweeper was serving drinks with her dirty hands right after cleaning so the worst kfc I ever experienced Voir le carte

The food was the only redeeming quality of this restaurant, earning it a 2-star rating. Unfortunately, KFC now only serves soft drinks with artificial sweeteners, making it inaccessible for those with certain medical conditions. Furthermore, they were also out of thermo cups for hot drinks, leaving only water as an option.

I visited the restaurant on Wednesday 16/12/20 with my wife in the late morning. We encountered a very rude and unpleasant woman at the door who insisted we scan the app for covid. I explained that I did not have the app and she rudely insisted that I scan it. I mentioned that it is not a legal requirement to have the app and offered to sign their book instead. However, she continued to be rude and made unpleasant faces. The manager should address this behavior as it was very unpleasant. On a positive note, Tracey took my order and she was very nice and helpful, a wonderful member of staff who deserves recognition. The food was nice, hot, and enjoyable.

I didn 't even want to give my time up to write a review for this place, but just to warn others I will, I 'd seriously recommend going somewhere else. I 've tried this KFC in Reading 5 or 6 times over the last 2 years, each time having a bad experience but hoping it was a one off as other KFCs have been great. But it is always the same unfortunately. Not all your order will be hot or fresh, it 's pot luck. My chips were stone cold, zinger chewy, hot wings a little warm. Staff have a bit of attitude . The place is filthy. Toilets are rancid. I ordered an americano with my meal, when I lifted the lid it was black, that 's fine, but when I went back to ask for milk the lady made a big deal abo...
