Disgusted.. Will never go here again. Asked to speak to manager (Javid) after bad service and unbelievably rude!!

Went to KFC last month never again was standing at the counter for over 5 minutes just walked out ignorant staff cretins never going in there again

The food was overcooked and mushy. The staff were impolite. The restaurant was crowded and cramped. The place was also very unclean. Additionally, they made a mistake with one of my order items. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I ordered a festive double bucket at this restaurant, but they forgot to include a bottle of drink and only gave me 4 mini fillets instead of the usual amount. I also received gravy instead of beans. It's disappointing when the staff can't get a simple order right.

The service at this restaurant is awful. The delivery drivers never leave the food and instead try to call me when I am out. I don't understand why they can't just leave the food at my address when I have already paid for it. It's completely ridiculous. I will never be ordering from this store again. Voir le carte

The place is dirty. They lie about offers. Tuesdays £5.99 offer machine broken and today very busy. Absolute joke they have worked out that the Tuesday offer £5.99 which is national for all KFC is not good for their profits. Their chicken is very salty and burnt which raises questions to the quality of the chicken won't be surprised if out of date. Card machine is filthy please do not touch use contactless.

During lock down and whilst we were in the garden seeing parents after along time, we decided to get a KFC. Easy to order through the app and arrived on time. Although I had missed KFC, the chicken box was greasier than I remember, but quantity and taste was there. Fries were OK, but as with all fast food restaurants, the fries do go dry quickly. Did the job and fed us well (and enough spare for the evening meal).

Now i work for a big well know restaurant. The customer service here is terrible. We walked in no queue and there was 3 staff just talking to each other even though they saw is coming up to the till. Waited about 5 mins to be served. One of the ladies told the guy to serve us and he answered saying you served them and she said excuse me youre not my manager. I mean theyre not even acting proffesional at all. After being served by another lady we clearly said our order right but obvs she wasnt listening. Gave us our order and it was wrong. Then she acted as if we offended her with her face expressions. Everytime we want to eat at kfc we just dont want to anymore because the staff are ignorant... Voir le carte
