"My wife and I have been regular guests here for years and were happy to recommend the Gschlössl as a prime example of a great hotel. After a number of second chances our last visit was unfortunately the last in this house. Unfortunately, the Gschlössl has declined significantly in the past 2 years. With every visit we had to realize that something had been saved (despite rising room prices . Especially the offer in the minibar and in the wellness area is now very spartan. Also, you can now only use the wellness area from midday, the saunas stay cold in the mornings. The restaurant by no means corresponds to the toque prices, both in terms of quality and quantity of the food and the service staff, who seem annoyed and are not particularly helpful. (E.g. at breakfast we waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 30 minutes for a soft egg, with about 6 other guests, similar at dinner: the waitress only comes to put the food down and disappears again immediately. We sat down from the soup in front of empty glasses and only on request we graciously got more drinks before dessert. We were also a bit disturbed that on the same evening another waitress loudly slandered other guests while we were drinking a drink at the bar. (Quote who looked so bled before It didn 't help that the rooms in the main building were now called suites . (Which don 't compare to the 'proper ' suites We also had the 'pleasure ' of bumping into the General Manager who educated us on the importance of fresh butter and bread and the huge role of sustainability. You can see where the priorities are now. However, the young lady (Nadine at the reception was very friendly and helpful on each of our visits. We hope the Gschlössl will find its way back to its former glory, unfortunately it doesn 't look like it at the moment."

"Absolute Frechheit was uns heute passiert ist! Wir bestellen im Schnitt min. alle 2 Wochen bei denen! Waren immer zufrieden! Es gab zwa hin und wieder Kleinigkeiten, wie zusätzliche Zutaten die vergessen wurden, allerdings war es nie so schlimm dass wir uns Beschwerden mussten! Aber heute war eine Frechheit! Haben um ca 18:10 über lieferando bestellt. Wir wussten schon dass es auf einem Sonntag zu langen Wartezeiten kommt, deswegen hat uns auch die Lieferzeit von 90 min nocht geschockt. Dann um 19 Uhr rief der Zusteller an! Juhuu. Allerdings hatte er nur 1 Pizza mit und nicht 2. War jetzt auch nicht so schlimm, Fehler können passieren.wir haben nocht nicht bezahlt. Fahrer versicherte uns, wir bekommen so schnell wie möglich die 2te. Um 19:45 hab ich dann angerufen, wo die Pizza sei. Statement : ja müssen sie noch 20 Minuten warten, haben viel Stress. Meinte ich, ich warte schon seit 45 Minuten. Meinte der Herr am Telefon, ja is halt stress. So nach weiteren 30 Minuten kommt der Fahrer und übergibt uns die Pizza. Tadaaa war es die falsche und zwar die, welche wir schon bekommen haben!! Meinte der Fahrer ja was machen wir jetzt? Ich sagte dann, ich kann diese Pizza nicht essen, da ich auf eine Zutat darauf allergisch bin! Meinte er ja er bringt neue Pizza. Sagte ich ja wenn gleich. Meinte er, dass ich hier wieder vielleicht eine Stunde warten müsste!!!! Dann hätte ich die Pizza erst um 21 Uhr bekommen! Ob ich die andere nicht doch nehmen möchte!!! Wir haben sie nicht angenommen und für diese auch nicht bezahlt!!!"

"Die besten italienischen Gerichte in der Umgebung. Nettes und ruhiges Ambiente! Die Speisen sind allesamt lecker, jedoch könnte die Bedienung durchaus etwas freundlicher sein. Preise sind weder günstig, noch zu teuer. Ich kann dieses Lokal empfehlen!"
