"This hotel is rather a pension than a 5 star hotel. The price is way to high. Do NOT go. The hotel is for sale, so they do not invest anymore. We checked out after one night. Bricks in the inside pool are loose and it is very old Dead frog with worms at the sunbeds (see picture I asked for management and nobody showed up. Management is not there 24 hours a day, so basically nobody is able to help because nobody else is able to make a decision. The magazines are old in the room. Nobody seems to take care of anything here. There is no telephone service you call and nobody picks up. (Reception, housekeeping No service at breakfast they do not bring it to you (only coffee and tea . Quality is also rather average Good stuff at breakfast costs extra like avocado and berries after asking for management, I received one avocado for free: Pillows are musty Papers were not delivered either, although they asked me to fill out the form. Rooms: Rooms are old. Terrace is dirty (see picture ."

Hotel fantástico, servicio agradable y muy cercano a la playa. La única pega es la cercanía del hotel a la carretera. Mi habitacion tenia un ruido bastante molesto, es una lastima tener un jardín y un entorno tan bonito y no parar de escuchar los coches, esa fue la única pega. We held a company trip here for 75 people and the hotel were amazing from start to finish. They were really organised and catered to our specific requests. Beautiful oasis in the midst of the gorgeous Estepona (Marbella). Great building with luxurious SPA, pools, gym and beach. Close to the beautiful historic district. 20 minutes from fashionable Puerto Banús. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Friendly service in the front desk. Kempinski breakfast at its best, highest quality and variety for all. Service at breakfast is fantastic.
