Ordered food waited 2 hours after being told multiple times it was on the way. Terrible service!!!!!

Absolute scammers, no food delivered and we r sitting here absolutely starving, we r demanding our money back tomorrow

The wait time for orders is ridiculous. The restaurant never answers the phone. Don't bother ordering from here. It's a complete waste of time, effort, and money. I would share a photo, but the food never arrived so I can't. Voir le carte

I ordered and paid for my food on Uber Eats at 10:30 PM. It is now 1:20 AM and my food still hasn't arrived. Despite multiple requests for updates and phone calls to the restaurant being told it was on its way, I have yet to receive my order. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking service. Lied to me about how long delivery would be. Waiting over 2 hours for a kebab and I rang to see where it was, guy said he will check with driver and hung up the phone and now they won’t answer my calls. Shocking service. Avoid this place at all costs

We have used this wee takeaway place on Upper Newtownards Road a few times recently being that we live nearby. The service is always very quick and the food is always freshly cooked. Their Family meal Special is EXCELLENT VALUE and would easily feed 6 people with no problem for under £20.00. Favourite of mine would be the mixed kebab on nan bread but warning it is huge and the chicken pakora is pretty spicy!! Voir le carte

Have tried this place multiple times now and they simply have the best kebabs in Belfast. These guys never cut corners and the quality and quantity is superb. Portion sizes are humongous. The chicken and steak is always succulent and tender with the right amount of those lovely eastern spices. There pizzas are also heavenly and not too expensive. On top of all, a very courteous staff and service. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Placed an order on the just eat app etc, when the order came I went to pay for it. By accident I handed the guy £40 instead of £20, didn't realise until an hour and half later. Rang the shop and the man who answered it helped me try and get it revolved but when he put the delivery guy on the phone he kept on saying I handed him two ten pound notes now wait up,I know exactly how much was in my wallet and the price of the notes! Nothing was done about seeing he kept adamant he didn't take the money! Absolutely scum.

Absolute disgusting from the moment I ordered food from here i got given a time for it to be delivered then my order got delayed by 20 minutes , almost an hour after the delayed time the order turned up and it was the wrong order so I mentioned this to the driver and he said he would be back and he never turned back up so I rang the restraunt and there was no answer , then I rang the next day and was spoken to like a piece of rubbish because I left my review on just eat about my experience he was shouting down the phone saying he doesn't care about the customer and because I left my review he wouldn't do anything about my order and put the phone down I will not be ordering from here again Voir le carte
