Totally lovely staff both to us and to the cats : And the vegan food is fantastic there anyway!

Nice place. The food was tasty. There isn't a huge selection, but you'll fill up well and what's there is tasty. You can also just have a drink in comfort. You tend to go there because of the atmosphere/the cats anyway : A must for every cat lover. Centrally located, easy to reach.

This was our second time having breakfast here and this time we were very disappointed. The room smelled strongly of the kitchen and our clothing carried this smell with it. The bread was old and didn't get any better after being toasted. It tasted like old rusks. For the prices that promise a fresh and rich breakfast, we got quite the opposite. It's a shame, it was our last visit here.

The menu contains the names and characteristics of the cats and a few rules for dealing with the animals. Everything is totally uncomplicated and understandable. Really awesome experience at this restaurant! There were many cats and they even had a page on the menu dedicated for their cats The location is great being very close to Marktplatz and the staff was always very friendly and helpful! When it comes to food, everything was delicious including the main course, dessert and drinks!It is nice that the cats are adopted and is a friendly environment for everyone, the cats being very funny too! Definitely check out this cafe when visiting Leipzig, you won’t regret it!

I was a bit taken aback by that Katzentempel. We’ve been to the other one at Johannisplatz a few times before, and therefore expected a bit more. The food was okay, but I couldn’t relax at all. It was extremely loud and chaotic altogether, and it seemed like the waiters were overwhelmed with everything. Dirty tables everywhere. We had to wait about fifteen minutes before we got seated, even though my friend had made a reservation. I wouldn’t be too upset about that normally, but there were clearly tables available, only that they hadn’t been cleaned yet. We didn’t see many cats either. The ones we did see seemed extremely stressed. Also, we got the feeling that everyone just wanted us to lea... Voir le carte
