Kaspa's Desserts Hastings

Staff were rude and abrupt. No members of staff were wearing masks even with customer contact and carrying beverages. The girls making deserts were eating off same spoon on show. No hygiene. The tables were dirty.

Take your money, NEVER answer the phone! And if they do... Lie to you about the order they are never sending and just keep you money and complete the order from their end so they can JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY!! absolute SCUMBAGS!!

This is not the first time. I’ve ordered from here but I’m not going to turn down an opportunity to eat (I wish I did absolutely disgusting I had a waffle white flakes and fudge . And a milkshake terrible value for money I was drowning in sugar type 3 diabetes now . Voir le carte

Nice deserts, albeit lots unavailable including whippy ice cream (so no sundaes available- major part of their menu) but a really filthy restaurant and toilets. Very disappointing. It is not hard, especially in the last few years, to have a clean premises. I would rather have used the public toilets. We will probably not go back.

Advertised on compare the meerkat code but couldn't give us 25 per cent of our icecream only had 20 per cent then why advertise on compare the meerkat it's 25 per cent sounds like a con too me Staff were OK didn't notice dirty but I never moved my butt from tye seat too notice banana spilts aren't worth 7.95 a half a ban a some icecream and sauce in a small bowl with wafer sounds pricey

Visited Kaspas with my friends today. So shocked and outraged. The young girl who severed us was licking her fingers whilst preparing our food. She had no mask or gloves and on several occasions was spotted licking her hands and fingers when preparing our cookie dough. Hostile, unfriendly and this ruined our day. I’m complaining to head office DONT VISIT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET POISONED. Voir le carte

Waffle banoffee. Waffle was cold, the banana was very hard, must have been green/unripe banana. Toffee also had little flavour. It was not enjoyable. Shake with strawberry cream and coconut ice cream. It was ok but didn't taste of strawberry or coconut, not sure it was something else but had little flavour whatecer it was. Vanilla icecream it was icecream I wouldm't go again. Nothing had flavour.

We visited today for my daughters birthday treat. The restaurant was 5 minutes late opening and when we were seen to our table the waitress did not say a word to us and looked extremely unhappy about us being there. We weren’t told that it was counter service and again when the food was served the waitress did not say a word. The staff all seemed very displeased to be at work and we’re not keen to interact with the customers at all. Such a shame as the waffles we were served were of a good quality. The staff however, did not not make it a quality experience.

The first thing you notice is how run down and dirty it looks from the outside. Then there is a hand written notice saying cash only....stuck to a filthy door. There was no pleasantries from the staff who all appeared sullen and disinterested. We ordered some jugs of water which arrived just before we left and had negotiated two thirds of the choices we made because they had no gelato ice cream... So I wrote and complained....apparently the weather has been too bad to do the windows and the ice cream machine was being serviced....so do come again....no, not ever. Voir le carte
