great food and great service. well earned after going to the top of the dome. a beautiful set menu of the great selection that is paid on their website before they travel to berlin. Please note that this is a government building, so that safety is tight. we were asked to bring our passports. but that's worth it.

delicious food, beautiful presentation and fast service. let them guess that they need to go through a security checkpoint when they board, also with reservations and they need to wait to get in the elevator with a large group that can slow them down. they try and come to the building ~15 minutes before their reservation, so they are on time. All around the feeling of security! We had breakfast here a few weeks ago and from admission to billing you felt safe and in good hands despite the exciting times. The restaurant was not as crowded and loud as you read in older reviews and we more than enjoyed our visit !! The tour on the dome was also wonderful and a highlight when it is a bit quieter . What a fantastic culinary experience in the heart of the Reichstag Building this cafe is infinitely more than that a classy atmosphere greets you as you walk through the Reichstag Dome an altogether different experience that is more than matched by the excellent service and utterly superb food and wine we went for the evening meal be prepared for the security checks on the way in and take your passport to prove ID

my colleague had recently made a booking for our party of four for a Monday evening. After we have successfully negotiated the comprehensible strict security in the Reichstag building, we have made ourselves in the elevator to the Kaefer roof restaurant. the place was 't that full and a polite waiter, speak excellent English lead us to our table. To be honest, the menu is very good, but very limited and the prices are impressive. I chose the vegetarian cauliflower and nut butter starter and followed that with entrecote with hereford bark served with beet root, roskoff tweebel, trevisano, king oyster mushroom and kartoffel puree. all beautifully prepared and presented.
