The food here is good but not greatI feel like you are paying for the ambience; being surrounded by beautiful people and a lovely decor.

always nice to come here. the personal is great. they all know their menus inside. always a warm welcome. Eat is delicious. the chickened dumplings were fantastic, but the carrot cakes were exalted! Voir le carte

The restaurant offers a fantastic range of gluten-free breakfast options, including delicious pancakes. They also have a wide variety of traditional breakfast dishes to choose from. It's definitely worth stopping by when they are open.

This restaurant provides an absolutely fantastic meal with great service at a good value for money. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is always busy, so be sure to make a reservation. Lovely lunch at Bill's in the bay. Didn't book a table but were offered a table outside in the terrace area which was well spaced out and pleasant in the sunshine. Staff pleasant and polite, food always tasty and consistent standard. Not the cheapest but worth it in my opinion for the guarantee of good food and an enjoyable experience. Much better than the cardiff central one! Nothing again them just this one is better. The tables are a decent size, its a lot less crowded. Its definitely cleaner. The staff are nice at both but here felt like they were able to take more time to explain things and attend to customers. The whole feeling and vibe is a lot more relaxed. I like the options of the outdoor and indoor seating. Overall this keeps bills high standard, and is why if i just want to grab breakfast or brunch ill always just go for a bills.

What a wonderful experience in Cardiff! The menu was consistently good and the service was top-notch. However, with the holiday season upon us, the addition of festive specials made it even more enjoyable. The Gin-Gle Bells cocktails and Christmas truffle cheese fondue burgers made Christmas shopping much easier and more enjoyable. It was a fantastic and satisfying lunch that left us both perfectly content. We ended with a delicious latte and left feeling very happy. The server was friendly, polite, and professional - I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone doing their Christmas shopping in Cardiff, just be sure to make a reservation in advance.

My 2nd visit to Billy 's for breakfast. I walked syraight past all the trendy places to eat in Cardiff bay because I knew I would get a nice 'all day breakfast ' at this business. My breakfast was actually very very nice indeed. Perfectly cooked and delivered to my table nice and hot. Spot on. Also it was nice to ask for a pot of tea and actually get a proper pot of tea! not one of those silly tiny things many places bring. The meal was fairly priced for the location but im not keen personally on the service charge as I would rather reward good service how I feel apropriate. The charge was not too bad though. Now to the not so positive stuff....... The upstairs gents toilet was unclean aroun... Voir le carte
