"I've only recently discovered ITSU, but since heading out east centre of London, the standard is nothing like the western equivalents. It wasn't as if the place was busy. A) the soup I'd ordered was tepid. I like hot food, and this pot was as hot as I would expect it to be when I'd nearly finished it. They did provide a fresh, hot one when I complained. B) The soup I ordered was Noodle soup. You fill in the blanks. See photos and if you can identify the meat correctly, you can.give yourself a pat on the back. They assured me it was what it was advertised as. Answers on a postcard to the Meat and Livestock Commission. Hint: It's not squid. Nor Poodle."

Poor hygiene got served with a ‘no meat Monday salad’ with maggot! Very disturbing : Not having Itsu salads anymore!

Spacious itsu with self service machines sushi is decent for the price. Some seating outside but it’s quite a busy road so not always pleasant. Voir le carte

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to a helpful and friendly blonde lady. The food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming.

beautiful, fresh and tasty rice and noodle dishes. the first time here so that my wife, two children and I ensured to choose another meal so that we try several of their dishes, and all our dishes were beautiful. only descended to 4 stars, as we would like to see a somewhat wider selection of sushi.
