Sinceramente questa pizzeria non mi entusiasma tanto…l'ultima volte che ci sono stato ho preso una possa con la burrata ma era fredda..gli ingredienti sono pure di buona qualità però manca sempre qualcosa…

The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful, even the chefs in the kitchen greeted us as we came into the restaurant. We had the carbonara and a pizza, both of which were delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend Voir le carte

we have been in the branch in front of food neighborhood strange staff that made us try special things like the raw artichoke with a spectacular oil. Excellent meatballs, good frittata and also excellent wine. The price is correct apart from the wine I think is a little caret. Anyway good.

very fast and well organized service. friendly and friendly staff. light and goose pizzas, made with quality ingredients. we have taken the lament and recreation, excellent! also the super sweets: in the photo cheesecake to apricot and granita (very good). good value for money. recommended!

We were so pleased with the service and quality of food, we considered Impasto as our top restaurant so far in Sardinia. We are touring Sardinia for one month and we researched for the best restaurants to visit. Impasto located in Tortoli ranks a 5 out of 5 and the price is very reasonable. Very often when the food is good, I do this little happy-dance at the table… but in Impasto I had the entire dance battle. The food was out of this world! One of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The interior is also so modern and fashionable, it’s just a pleasure to dine there. Huge thanks to the friendly staff, too! They were a big part of this experience. Sadly, I’m only visiting for a few days, but I’d definitely be a permanent guest if I lived in Cagliari.

Very disappointed from the outset. There aren't any clear instructions on what to do when arriving and it's a huge place. We were rudely told to go back to the door and wait. We did, without complaint. 15 minutes later they were still doing a great job of pretending we went there. Considering our hotel made a reservation for us, there seemed little hope of getting seated. In the end we left and to be honest, the food arriving at tables looked mediocre at best. In the end they did us a favour. We went somewhere nearby with gorgeous food and they couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Impasto for saving us an average meal with shoddy service.

During our week in Cagliari, we had one lunch, one dinner and then just had drinks a couple of times at Impasto, under the umbrellas in Piazza Savoia. With warm weather in September, this was better than the tables inside, where it can get a bit stuffy. Because it is related to the bakery across the street, Impasto really stands out in its farinaceous offerings: great bread and pasta, and good pizza. We tried a good variety of the dishes (and also tried a few of the cocktails and spritzes). Some of the standouts were spaghetti with cozze and bottarga, and tubetti with pesche spada.
