My first Romagna piadina: 10!!!! The owner is very nice and kind!!! I was in Riccione for a convention, during the lunch break the place had an endless queue... a positive sign! I decide to go back for dinner! The choice is many... I ask the owner for advice who, with extreme kindness, amazes me with a reinterpretation of the classic piadina: EXCEPTIONAL! I came back the next day for lunch too! The break in a convention is never long... but the organization of the kitchen makes everything so fluid that, despite the queue, it takes 5 minutes and voilà... sitting with lunch in your hands!
