"Wonderful place, on the sea, very spacious. Tryed both aperitif, on the beach, with impeccable service and explanation of the food served. Restaurant, very well, quality products cooked very well, with many nuances of flavor in the dishes. The products, such as bread and pasta are made on site and you feel. Excellent cellar, and fast service. I don't eat sweets, but they seemed inviting. Surely to try"

Great place to have an excellent breakfast or an excellent aperitif. Congratulations also to the owner Stefano and collaborators for kindness and courtesy. In my opinion for price quality ratio is the best of the whole walk. Voir le carte

My wife and I had dinner at the Prince on the occasion of August. To welcome the manager Mr. Marco who with kindness and experience helped us to taste the menu based on fish (crude, fried and grill), proposed for the evening. The music and the elegant location (background with beach so suggestive to feel in the Caribbean), have contributed to leave us a great memory.

Not much of an experience. Overpriced beach entry when you don't even get average service for your money. The bistro by the boardwalk was tragic. Service slow, confused. Water and drinks brought and after the meal. Food was mediocre. Risotto was almost tragic. Pasta was below average. The whole experience was like an after-season circus. Please don't come here until they change that.

"The food and the hospitality at this little spot are both spot on. You would be a fool to not visit here at least once during your time in the Tuscan seaside town of Viareggio. Unless you plan to make their dinner service right as they open, be sure to make a reservation in advance as the tiny spot fills up very quickly. From the moment we arrived for our dinner reservation the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and as if we were right at home. As soon as we were settled in, our waiter brought us a small welcome dish from the chef that he described to us a typical Tuscan soup. I don 't know what it was called but it was delicious! For our food, we ordered their tordelli with meat ragu sauce after our waiter informed us it 's a typical type of ravioli in that region. You 'll quickly learn as you travel through Italy that each region and often many towns and cities have their own unique ways of creating their pasta dishes that you can only find in that region. The recommendation was a good one because the dish was delicious! For our main, we ordered the Pork Steak Senese which consisted of pre-cut grilled pork with parmesan and balsmamic and grilled trevisano (a type of leafy green). It didn 't look the most appetizing when it was placed in front of us but looks can be deceiving because it was another delicious dish. To wrap up what was already an enjoyable meal, when our waiter brought our bill he also placed a small tray of almond biscuit cookies topped with powdered sugar, a dessert typical of the Tuscan region, as another compliments of the kitchen. Between the tasty food and the small gestures of hospitality, we will definitely be back to dine here if we ever found ourselves in Viareggio again."
