"We found Il Principe. There were very few restaurant openings, and we are so happy that we chose them to celebrate my birthday. The food was extremely good, so special and unique, and the service was excellent. Each court had a story tied to the culture and history of Pompeii, and everything was delicious. Good food, good service, what would you expect from a fine dining experience. A bit cold in the location and the photographer kept leaving the door open and it was cold inside. Also I got a degustation menu and my gf got an a la carte option and they served us both the same thing which was a bit lazy on their part.
