This restaurant at the hotel Pineta Palace has a good restaurant that does its best to make sure all culinary tastes are catered for.

we had two meals. In the first meal, the pizza tasted good, but the middle of the pizza base was raw. The second meal was pasta which was undercooked

Nice atmosphere and staff are relatively friendly. Food was good, though serving size is a little on the larger side, especially if having multiple courses.

The food was good as well as the service. We had a 4 course meal served in a traditional Italian style. My meal was included with the package I bought from my travel agency, but I do believe it is reasonably price in comparison to the prices found int the city of Rome.

Portions are large consider sharing. Servers were pleasant but seemed disinterested. Not rude but no charm. Room was busy. I don't know where the kitchen was located but all dishes were brought into the dining room on a very unattractive, clattering rolling utility cart which was parked near the room entrance, cloches removed and then served. Not a welcoming entrance. But the food was very good. Husband had prosciutto and melon hard to find the melon there was so much prosciutto! Four nicely prepared lamb chops were a good value at 16E. Pasta plates were most generous. Skip the offered fried chicory.

We booked this restaurant on The Fork, with a bit of skepticism as it is inside a 4-star hotel in the Pineta Sacchetti area (free parking , but we had to change our minds, as inside the restaurant is furnished in a classic but very welcoming way and quiet, few tables and well separated, ideal for an evening as a couple. The cuisine is truly excellent both in the Roman dishes (exquisite Amatriciana and carbonara! and in some creative ideas (delicious pork fillet with Chardonnay and caramelized apples . Courteous and discreet service. Average price which becomes very advantageous with TheFork promo. To try!!
