"Was visiting Eataly , shopping and looking ...and happily came across this restaurant with such high marks for food and the famous chef Paolo Trippini. Within a half hour the restaurant was almost completely full . This day there seemed to be just one waiter . Luckily we went early so the waiter could explain the menu and wines without being rushed. We were interested in A dry white wine and the Chardonnay was a perfect pairing. We shared an Antipasti ..Pomodoro al cartoccio, limone e burrata half roasted tomato with lemon burrata it was wonderful but small portion . For my entree Coniglio in Porchetta con salsa di pomodori arrosto rabbit wrapped in porchetta it was so different then any rabbit i had ever had . My companion had Guanciola di manzo stufata alle spezie con patate al limone pigs lowl or cheeks in a stew over lemon mashed potatoes he said the Guanciola was dry and stew like at all and perhaps over cooked as the outside was rather dry. But the flavor was there . By this time the reatuarant was hopping and the servers/bus boys could not keep up ...it beame rather chaotic and the chef was now delivering plates to tables . We had a very hard time getting anyone to stop and take our dessert order ... Mousse di ricotta con crumble alla mente a crumble with wonderful ricotta and mint because of the wait the chef removed the price of dessert from the bill . All in all this is a popular destination restaurant with refined food you dont find elsewhere ."
