I think IKEA used to be better. Unfortunately, the delivery did not work at all. Not even half of the ordered items arrived and we had to go to IKEA and pick up the missing items. If we had known we would have saved the 39€ shipment and had gone straight.

Customer service in Bielefeld is a disaster that no one wants to do. I just wanted to replace an article and because the customer service is incompetent, I had to turn around for hours. The last visit to Ikea in Bielefeld was a disaster. The store was propevoll and all shopping trolleys either occupied or in the garage.
