Bought some churros from them this evening. They were completely stale. For the price they charge they should be ashamed. Not going back

Here visiting from the USA, we were recommended this place by the locals, great service, amazing ice cream. Ladies behind the counter were so nice. Loved it!

I have never had a bad experience here. The counter girls are more than happy to help. Even bringing my purchase to the door as I had my dog with me. 10 outta 10 ladies. Voir le carte

Great ice cream selection... And having sampled a good number of them, I can assure you they are delicious! Great for a treat for the kids, a special occasion, or even just a random Tuesday!

The ice cream here is top notch stuff. The staff are really nice. There's is outdoor seating for the sunny days and counter seating inside. They also to waffles and frozen slushy drinks of the glowing kind

If you are Coeliac, my wife got ‘glutened’ last night. Staff checked the allergens and wife picked the Bubblegum marked as gluten free), got 2 scoops in a tub. So either, that was wrong or cross contamination : other than that, ice cream was nice enough. Voir le carte

Great !... sometimes. My husband (who's bald found a hair INSIDE HIS ICECREAM !!! putting me and my child off our ice-cream. TEN POUND DOWN THE DRAIN will not be coming back until this health hazard has been FIXED. And to think about it how many hairs(or more HEALTH HAZARDS has been in your food from here. DISGUSTING ABSOLUTLY FILTHY

Waited 7 9 mins to be served as there was only one lady working on her own on a nice day not her fault.Assistant had the personality of a door handle.Shop was very very very warm.Not particularly cheap, 4 single scoops and a double at almost £15 was poor value.Ice cream was very average. Not depths to flavours. Bland and milky tastes, even stronger flavours were pale in colour and weak in taste. Lacking a richness I’d associate with proper ice cream. Not sure what awards have been won, possibly for artistic design. On a final note the outside of the shop is filthy. First and last visit.
