It is said that there are also Italian dishes. This complements perfectly, as the children are usually too hot for the Indian food."

"Waren am Sonntag Mittag/Nachmittag zu 3. dort. Haben ein Schokofondue und 2 Milchshakes bestellt. Die Milchshakes haben nach fast gar nichts geschmeckt. Für den Preis sehr teuer (Preis weiß ich leider nicht mehr, wir haben keine Rechnung bekommen). Das schlimmste war allerdings das Schokofondue. Die Idee ist ja ganz nett, seinen eigenen Topf mit Kerze darunter zu bekommen, um sich die Schokolade warm zu halten. Dazu wurden Früchte serviert. Die Früchte waren: Grüne Trauben, Rote Trauben, ein paar Stücke Apfel und ein paar stücke Mandarine. Da hatten wir uns schon mehr erhofft, sehr magere Auswahl. Warum keine Erdbeeren? Wir sind mitten in der Erdbeersaison. Na gut, das alles wäre ja noch zu verkraften gewesen ABER: Die Trauben waren schon sehr braun und matschig, eine war sogar oben komplett verschimmelt. (Siehe Bild unten). Das geht wirklich überhaupt nicht. Trauben halten sich bei richtiger Lagerung ziemlich lang, von daher will ich gar nicht wissen wie alt diese schon waren. Das hätte der Koch definitiv bemerken müssen. Will ich gar nicht wissen wie es dann dort in der Küche ausschaut. Also alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch, wir kommen nicht wieder hier her."

"I think this restaurant is a cut above average for Garching. I think the best thing about it is that it is a nice place inside and the garden outside when the weather is good. I had the mushroom schnitzel and it was plentiful and...good but the sauce was a bit bland. Others loved their burger and a large piece of beef shank."

"It is very important to say at the outset that this is a hard-working local business with, obviously, very loyal local clientele. From the moment we entered, there were a steady stream of friendly and very happy clients in a very busy restaurant. The Greek...staff could have treated us like the pass-through tourists that we were but made a real effort to ensure we were happy. The food is nothing special, absolutely fine. It is Greek standards served in Bavarian-sized portions. Don't order too much or go hungry! I would not necessarily remember this as either a good or a bad meal for the food, it was more like the experience of going to a local curry house in the north of England or a Moroccan place in Marseille. It is a solid and permanent part of the community and you get a sense of that place by going there. The food is simply average but enhanced by the overall atmosphere and friendly spirit."
