Fantastic service from arriving to being seated and the food was amazing, best burger so far... plus the rosemary crunchy chips were the best too

I myself and two children went to ydy 5*service I can not recommend all the staff enough amazing team eating:: was amazing, the burger was ineffective I never tasted such a thing the children were even impressed and loved the funky vibe there many thanks for looking for us and we will definitely return

the employees enjoy the job and want to serve them. we haven't seen that in the old days. the dj even showed my children the decks etc. the bar staff made my children feel all grown up in cash, even asking what they had done all day. the shakes were great. the music was not loud. a little expensive, but the atmosphere for it. well done

The one thing that set this above the rest of the burger restaurants we have been to was the service. Although the selection is small, both burger types were very tasty and the “skin chips” were very nice. The friendly staff made the experience in my opinion. Would go back again purely for the ambient setting and the attention to customer service :

I am blown away with the wonderful staff and service at Honest Burger! I fell over (silly flip flops) on the pavement outside the restaurant. Within seconds the staff were at my side, with a first aid kit, offering support and selfless hospitality. I recommend falling outside this venue!!! Thank you Team Honest Burger for making my painful knee, a brighter experience.

I went yesterday as it marked the anniversary of an unpleasant incident and had decided I was going to treat myself. I particularly liked that they brought me samples of the ales on offer so I could decide properly which to have. I went for the full Honest, which has proper Cheddar and not the processed cheese and smoked bacon. It came in a rather splendid looking bun and the accompanying chips were very nice indeed. The potatoes had been scrubbed rather than peeled and this certainly, for me, added to their appeal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service excellent.

what an experience! these youngs understand excellent service. came to my birthday for the floorless brunch in the reading industry and was made memorable with the amazing customer service, excellent eating and simply in the regular my whole day. tomas and holly were the best server of all time. the whole team is warm, welcoming and backward bent to make their visit. I felt super special and safe that I had the best day, nothing was too much. I really can't thank them enough for everything they have done. even the special extras for me and my group, not expected and really made the difference between good service excellent service. very recommended for everyone and I will definitely be a lot...

we first came on 10/04/18 for a meal and cocktails, when we first entered, we were greeted by the manager!
