cheap for our hotel, but an excellent choice. recommended. large menu, good value and very safe in view of today's circumstances. steak was excellent, the second night fish was great.

We have eaten here while staying in the holiday inn down the road. The service is friendly and warm, good served promptly, good selection of food. Portions are generous and price is absolutely reasonable. Would recommend.

The staff were fun and the food was lovely, i always try and eat what a local would eat, menu is in German, which was even more fun, my waitress spoke English (thankfully) and suggested the speciality, veal, it was great. Would definitely eat here...again. Voir le carte

Relaxed restaurant with outdoors patio. Convenient to Messe and Holiday Inn Express. Pizza was good, calzone was very good. Ordered salmon the last night we ate here and wished we had ordered it before. Delicious! Ate here several evenings. Pleasant staff.

this place is too foot from the hotel hie. a little distant, single-handed attitude. Italian style of menu, but local food on all sides. beautiful courts, well prepared, no particular recommendations or explanation, unless they ask for the chef. very nice selection of Grappa...(on the display as soon as they enter).

This restaurant has just been taken over by a young couple. It is joined to the hotel and is great news if you are a guest. (see separate report on hotel). The pasta and pizzas are homemade and to say it is perfect, is no...lie. Sauces, steaks, everything is beautifully presented, and at such a reasonable price. The local beers and wines are very good too. The whole atmosphere is wonderful and we enjoyed it so much, we ate there every evening of our holiday days) instead of going into the town. The variety of dishes were such that we could not run out of choices. A stone's throw from the buses, airport, and town, this is one not to be missed. If you’re staying at the nearby Holiday Inn, this is the best and only choice in walking distance. I had been here a couple of years ago and it was OK, now there seem to be new owners and the food was exactly what we...needed on these freezing days. The “Zwiebelrostbraten”, a steak with fried onions on top was really nice. Even the pizzas that walked past us looked like in Italy and we almost were tempted to try one. I noticed some Italian guests having them, and they definitely would not have ordered them here in Germany without a reason. The staff friendly; the only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the cleaning liquid used for the place. It stunk when we went in and our cloths smelled...

Five minutes in a tax from the tiny airport of Friedrichshafen, you pass the Zeppelin hanger and see beautiful views. And, to add, the bus is so convenient from this hotel to the centre. Clean, modern and a lovely balcony (all ground level) rooms, great...when the sun is shining to sit on your own veranda. Marvellous friendly staff who do a fabulous, typically German buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much bother. Their restaurant, again, a joy to the English eye to see typically well cared for and cosy feel to it, had superb food at superb prices.
