This place has the makings of a good place for brunch and the menu is good but the execution is poor. Food isnt great, coffee is not great either.

Nice place and friendly staff. Food is okay but way way overpriced. Nearly £20 for breakfast and a small pot of tea, that's before the 15% service charge tagged on to the bill.

Lovely little place with a buzzy atmosphere. Food was excellent and very generous portions too! I had the vegetarian breakfast and it was delicious. Service was very good as well. Would go back again. Voir le carte

Visited Here with my family and our dog. Food was really good and tasty. Service was friendly and they welcomed our dog too even brought him over his own bowl of water and dog treat. Definitely would recommend

Not great mixed and muddled bunch of food poor representation of simple classics bungled by poor cookery and peculiar interpretations over and under cooked food on the same plate simple food badly done it’s not even cheap !

Great food. Appaling service. Unfriendly and basically left me to rot after my breakfast was dumped in front of me. Real shame because otherwise quite pleasant venue. Was going to stay for another drink, but couldn't get attention of staff for love nor money. Voir le carte

Was in berkhamsted town and after a bite to eat. Came into Here with family and a friend and we’re greeted straightaway and informed they would close at 3pm. Friendly staff and went for the club sandwich with fries, portion sizes were great! Tasted delicious and very fresh and came out feeling full and happy : Would come back here again

Lovely place for a lunch, but bill was slightly larger than I expected and I saw a 15% service charge had been added. I checked the menu and it has no mention of it. I let it go as as I was solo so bill was small, but could be a nasty shock for a big group /multi course meal. Newsflash, guys I think you’re required to declare these automatic service charges on the menu. No one likes a wrangle over removal of an undeclared service charge.

Visited this little cafe for brunch for the first time as we had moved to Berkhamsted recently. But it was packed with so many dogs in such a small place. Surely that’s not hygienic? We were seated by the front door sofas as they had no tables and so many customers were coming in and out with their dogs. One dog even licked my plate and I was disgusted. There is no way I would return to this cafe ever again. The staff were not rude but not friendly either. The breakfast was nothing special and very expensive. The coffee wasn’t great. So definitely nothing to go back for. Didn’t use the toilet facilities so can’t comment on that. Parking was easy as there are car parks nearby you can pay and... Voir le carte
