"Had to edit my previous review. First real issue was a driver with car problems. Food was then over an hour late (was rectified by newly cooked food and a full refund was said would be given This was from an order in November and has still not been done. Second was 2 days ago. Ordered and chose to pay by cash. Partner just arrived back from work and took it unaware of this. We rang up to rectify the situation. We were then told they would ring us back after lots of shouting. (Completely aside, the chips now seem to get worse each order : The driver then turned up tonight unannounced for the money (would have sucked if I was out? . We brought up the non refunded previous order and were told they would ring us . Very, very disappointed. Used to rave about them. But unprofessional"

I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and a build-your-own with BBQ chicken, meatballs, pepperoni, and extra cheese. It was absolutely fantastic! The ingredients are of very good quality, and you can really taste the difference. The pizza arrived about 20 to 25 minutes ago and is still nice and hot. I can’t find any faults with Herbies; it’s far better than most chain and local pizza places in Tilehurst. I highly recommend it to anyone!

This restaurant serves some of the most delicious pizza in Tilehurst. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients—they're beautifully cooked, with a nice bite to them, yet baked just enough to bring out the sweetness. The pizzas are truly mouthwatering, and they also deliver quickly. The selection of toppings is quite good, and the chips and nuggets always arrive hot and crispy. Plus, they use high-quality ice cream for desserts. This is definitely one of our favorite spots!
