"Perfect for small to medium occasions. It has an intimate atmosphere through its cut and size, but it is not limited. Very high ceilings in a large, classic museum building in the correspondingly impressive large entrance area. The Hegel Man is tastefully decorated in covered colors and is guided by a very polite but loose man. The food was very well prepared in all respects and fully upscale cuisine, which besides aesthetics also tastefully hit the black. Music and place to dance at the celebration was also no problem for the left too late hour. I can only recommend it. Best regards."

Great restaurant with very tasty and fancy dishes. The atmosphere is very unavoidable and the host takes himself for every time. Do not find often in Stuttgart.

came to meet some friends from school a long time ago. that's a super place, totally surprised. eating was quite competitive price, with a short menu with only 4 or 5 items, but we all happy. service was excellent, a really non-stressing atmosphere.

One of the nicest place in Stuttgart when you look at the creativity behind the card.. Was always received very nicely and quality of the dishes have always been top. They do mix flavors very nicely whatever you have fish or meat. Each time I...have been there, I was really enthusiastic, so I would recommend.

The Hegeleins meets his newly acquired star. The ambience is exceptional but pleasant, the service is warm and not stiffened. The food boils with balanced, creative dishes and high quality ingredients. The wine recommendations are reliable. All in all an authentic star place, unpretentious and honest. We'll be back. Thank you.

they were invited to dinner here, so can not comment on price or worth. eating was great, so the white wine. starter of octopus seems to feature is a few reviews here was great. presentation was interesting and beautiful, so was the taste, balanced when. food was excellent. the only thing for me was that during the hottest summer days it can get a little hot and stuffy, so dress appropriate.

We had reserved a lunch table with colleagues. Plan was to eat here after the visit at the Lindenmuseum. Already during the telephone reservation on the previous day one was so attentive and told me that we could look at the menu before the museum visit in front of the restaurant and write to the chef which dishes we would like to have. These would then be prepared on time for our lunch table. So was it. The ambience is very pleasant, the waitress is extremely friendly and welcoming and the food was very delicious.

that was a fabulous place. the meals were exceptional in taste and presentation. the waiting staff was personal and helpful and spoke to our multilingual four English and German. the atmosphere was very small and intimate, about six tables. it felt like the best dinner they could have in their own home. the portions were perfect and the weeds offered with dinner were cheap. the bill was for approx. 350 euro and we ate and drank very well. prosecco, appetizers, dinners, desserts and drinks after dinner as well as 2 bottles of wine.

"Wow. Simply Awesome! Best dining experience my wife and I have had in several years, probably top all time, and we are real foodie snobs. They squeezed us in with only a couple hours notice. We got the course menu paired with wine....Little did we know that six courses in metric means First came the amouse bouse, a frothy chicken soup plus a croquette topped with dried mushrooms. Paired with wine of course. Then came a home made freshly baked baguette that was crazy delicious served with a dish of sour cream and chives as well as butter with pumpkin seeds. The bread was so good it could have been its own course, and the sour cream was the first of many unusual com I nations, but it worked. Next was a salad a combination of beet root, cabbage, Thai coconut milk and lemon grass. I hate beets and I loved this dish. Next wa the first actual course, duck liver pate and brioche with figs and wine sauce. Amazing! Now how about some slow cooked trout (which strongly resembled salmon) with tangerines and celery root. Then some white cod with Jerusalem artichokes and hazel nuts. Then, to cleanse the palate a glass of deer broth served in a glass like a brandy snifter. We're only halfway through. Now it's a slab of deer meat cooked like a tender steak, served with a cannelloni stuffed with deer and all set over mashed parsley root that could have passed as mashed potatoes. All garnished with an amazing deer gravy/sauce. Next comes some mont d'or cheese served with house made fruit bread, oranges, and rutabaga. Crazy com o but it was delicious. Now for dessert courses. Red wine sorbet. Think you're done? Next comes white chocolate ice cream serve with quince (purée, cubes, and foam) served with a chestnut parfait. Now we're stuffed, but time for another dessert: creme brulee paired with a chocolate brownie and a serving of mango mousse. Crazy good."
