Food was good but the service was poor. The waiter made two mistakes with the drinks order and then the bill was also wrong at the end. We only used this restaurant because it was adjacent to the hotel we were staying in. We've used it before and we'd probably use it again.

not enough staff around the place had to wait a bit until we are generally not sitting around enough. Previously, the breakfast bar was a good choice, but now the baked goods were taken off, so it consists only of chalk and toast. the breakfast was average, but there are better places with better quality for a cheaper price. The restaurant was understaffed, which resulted in a bit of a wait for someone to seat us. Overall, there just didn't seem to be enough staff available. The breakfast bar, which used to have a wide variety of options, has been reduced; they’ve removed the pastries, leaving only cereal and toast. The breakfast itself was average, but there are better places nearby that offer higher quality food for a lower price.

I attended for breakfast at about 9.30am. I had booked and when i got there, there was 2 other people only. They took a while to take our order then said help yourself to the breakfast cereals and other items. None of these were out ready and we had to ask for these and for the cups for the tea we had ordered. That itself was difficult as they didn't seem to have enough staff and the ones there kept disappearing so everything took a long time. When the breakfast came it was of a good standard.

The food was well-prepared but unfortunately served cold, likely because it was placed in cold metal containers and on a cold plate. When we raised our concern, we didn’t receive an apology; instead, we got a lecture about how the temperature is checked after cooking. The service from Simon, the Assistant Manager, was disappointing, although the waiting staff were decent until we voiced our issue. According to Simon, it seems we have higher standards than most because we prefer our food to be hotter than lukewarm. We also did not receive a response to our written complaint. Voir le carte
