the resteraunt was not clean and rats were seen outside. despite booking on the line we were wrongly told that we had arrived an hour early! eating was not particularly good, but the service was good

Dirty table, wrong order delivered, cold chips a jacket potato so burnt it could not be eaten, ordinary knife supplied with gammon steak making it difficult to cut. A disappointing visit certainly would not return or recommend. Upon complaining manager advised he would retrain staff.

so don't wait. wanted fish chips, had no. not many good veggie options. when we showed that table were not asked what we wanted to drink when we got waitress attention to drinks, she said there was no beverage menu, so we had no idea of preisen etc. hard to get waitress attention between the curses. the service was terrible. had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat. the personal avoids the table just as they could not tell us a reason for delay. When it came out, my man wanted a medium to make good steak. a good veterinarian could have come back to life. it was practically not boiled and my chickenstack was burned

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, and the staff kept avoiding our table without giving us a reason for the delay. When our food finally arrived, my husband's steak was so undercooked that even a veterinarian could have brought it back to life. My chicken stack was also burnt.

I ordered chili chickens and garnel, the garnels came quite raw, and white/grey (underboiled) I asked them to change it and it came exactly the same, did not look like it had been changed at all. So then I said I wouls choose something else from the menu, so I asked to start 2 so it was faster, and they were also understated. not happy! Voir le carte

Didn't have our reservation when we arrived,although was seated straight away. Salad bar was repetitive, no pasta,cucumber,potato salad ,peppers. No white rolls, 1 of the fryers were down so no scampi again. Has had a lovely refit ,but I feel that I would rather go out of town to other harvesters as have not had these problems elsewhere,but have a few times here.

I ordered chili chicken and prawns, but the prawns came out nearly raw and white/grey (undercooked). I asked for them to be replaced, but they came back the same way, as if they hadn't been changed at all. I then decided to choose something else from the menu, opting for two starters to speed things up, but those were also undercooked. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

We had reserved a table, so there was no wait upon arrival. However, we were disappointed to find out that they did not have fish and chips available. The vegetarian options were limited and not very appealing. Upon being seated, we were not asked about our drink preferences. When we finally got the waitress's attention for drinks, we were informed that there was no drink menu available, leaving us unsure of prices.
