"First, the waitress informed us that two of our chosen meals were unavailable, so we had to choose different options. My two daughters each ordered from the Tapas menu, requesting a total of five dishes to be served alongside the main courses. After a considerable wait, they brought out only three Tapas dishes—two for one daughter and one for the other. We had to wait at least half an hour for the rest of the food. When the rest of the main courses finally arrived, my stepmother had to send back her fish cake because it tasted burnt. She tried to eat it but ultimately had to return it. In the meantime, one daughter finished her remaining two Tapas dishes—both of which turned out to have chicken in them, despite her ordering vegetarian options. She had a few bites before realizing the mistake, which understandably upset her. The disorganized meal delivery resulted in one daughter finishing her food while the other hadn’t even received her main course yet, and my stepmother had to send back her meal while everyone else was done eating. They did remove the incorrect dishes and the poorly prepared meal from the bill, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I don’t see my father very often, and what should have been a lovely evening was marred by the chaos of meal timing and food quality. This was our local restaurant, but after this experience, we are unlikely to return."

Staff friendly food nice chicken spear chicken too dry, proportion size good we were all filled. refilable drinks well worked by 25 per person 4 of us, will be back

The staff are perfect and very friendly but I feel some of the meals we’re a bit on the small side like 3 tiny slices of chicken about a quarter of a breast and the chicken strips were cold ,

I've always quite like the elms but after this experience won't be returning again. The service was poor. I asked for some bread rolls which were forgotten. The dessert arrived without custard. Needless to say I won't be returning any time soon Voir le carte

The dining experience was wonderful, with excellent food, a lovely restaurant ambiance, and exceptional service. Harry was especially friendly and attentive. All the staff members were quite welcoming, which added to the overall friendly atmosphere.

The food was of poor quality for what you pay. I had scampi fries and garden peas. The scampi was more like popcorn size and no thread was removed before cooking it. The pease came in water and they were under cooked. My partner had triple combo chicken meal. The chicken was dreadful dry and small. We asked for the bill to discover another 12.5% is added on top. As we buy food we already pay tax and VAT on it as I’m sure your company does with their suppliers. Over the years I have used the place slot and the quality and quantity has never been an issue but it is now .We will not return .
