"We were greeted by someone who seemed to be just going through the motions. It was so much nicer before! There were three of us at the table, and when the food arrived, mine was cold. Unfortunately, there was no one around to address this issue. By the time our waiter finally checked in to see if everything was okay, I had already finished my lunch. He did apologize, but I wonder why no one asked if everything was alright within a few minutes of the food being served?"

the employees work very hard to always please eager. service is amazing. eating is served hot. my partner, I enjoy our visits every time.

We had a good night and food was excellent but more than that our waitress Chelsea was fun chatty and genuine . She made our night even better

Lovely smiling and cheerful staff, good food and very clean . Lovely location by the sea. We will definitely return. Great selection of vegetarian and vegan food too.

We asked for no sauces and both dishes came with the sauce. The chicken on one dish wasn't edible, some dishes were cold. The beer also tasted watery and needed to be replaced.

Service was impeccable. Perfectly timed to ask if I needed more olive oil for my salad. Never left waiting at the salad bar, always happy to help and the staff just made it the perfect experience. Food lovely, chips the best Iv had in a long time. Made our day

We arrived at the Shorehouse and were warmly welcomed by Glynn, who guided us to our table. He was attentive to all our needs and provided information about the salat bar and drinks. We ordered our meals, which arrived hot, well-prepared, and incredibly flavorful. I will definitely return, as it was an excellent lunch experience—no rush, just a chance to relax and enjoy our food.
