a burgerladen, who only offers his burger through, is not more than a pseudo-hipstet-burger invite. the rest tastes quite ok, therefore not 1 but 2 stars.

Since there is still a lot of gastronomy in Mainz, we decided to try our luck here and were not disappointed. The burgers were varied and good, as were the supplements. The service super friendly and accommodating.

Hans im Glück is a franchise that you can find in many German cities. You have a dedicated menu for allergies, but do not offer extra gf bungalows, so you basically have to order your burger “breadless”. Nevertheless, it is always really delicious and the frits are also beautiful. If you have questions the servers usually ask in the kitchen, but really try to help.

an evening/night in mainz led us to a hamburgerladen "hans im Glück". since I've never been so crazy about hamburgerchains (that's not comparable) I have to admit that this one has surprised me. the local has a great interieur (the box is full of birkenstämmen). we were spontaneously received by young staff and this gave an additional boost.We were happy to enjoy a summer evening outside on the terrace, but also the delicious burgers with the following German name: 'hans im luck' Voir le carte
