Fortunately the bread is as nice as the burger and the sides are not a disappointment. Definitely worth a visit if you're after a good burger in Leicester!

I love the burgers here along with wedges, just so tasty and filling. Sad they stopped their unlimited cold drink concept. Still can't complain, their meals are great

The food was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not arrive too long between the order and the food. Hawaiian Burger was great, maybe a little adventurous next time and try the peanut butter Burger.

Service is good so location. Sit a bit tired now and in the need of refreshment. As for the menu is quite minimalist and easy to choose. Portions are quite small, inexpensive standard for downtown location. Overall, it's not bad, but nothing exciting, just okay. There are definitely better burgers in town.

I've been to this restaurant on a couple of occasions and tried the chicken and beef burgers. I find it a really nice and relaxed environment. It's by no means a formal restaurant but the food is good and it's a good place to chill out and talk. Also it's just round the corner from the cinema. All in all it's a grand place.

I ordered a gluten-free burger and accidentally put it on a normal charge! when they realized what they had done, they quickly brought a new one. offered me more chips and also gave me a refund that I did not demand. amazing service. it is not always what they do wrong that people remember them, but how they put it right. xxx

The food was decent and the staff was friendly, but the overall experience was marred by a long wait for service and a lengthy wait for the bill at the end. Once I placed my order, the food arrived in a timely manner and tasted good. I originally wanted the American BBQ and onion rings, but they had run out of both (this was around 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon) so I ended up with a burger and some Mexican fries. The meal was enjoyable, but I would have preferred to receive what I initially wanted and have been served a bit quicker.

There are so many places to eat in this area but we settled on Handmade Burger. We went at a slightly odd time somewhere between lunch and dinner so it was quiet. Staff were nice and friendly and explained about the ordering process. With the food and drinks ordered we waited an ok length of time. The food arrived and on the whole it was ok. Some disappointment over the handful chips though which were not hot a d were somewhat soggy but they were not a number of nice long chips but we're lots if small bits of chips. The rest of the food and drinks were fine. Prices for 3 about average but next time we will likely look around before we go again.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I have to say that the waitress was extremely friendly throughout our entire visit. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the chicken burger, which was delicious, but my partner's juicy Lucy burger fell apart immediately and lacked flavor and seasoning. The Denver chips were tasty with cheese and BBQ sauce, but the pulled pork was tough and seemed to be leftovers from the day before. I was told by the waitress that we were lucky to even have any left. Unfortunately, the pulled pork tasted burnt and was placed on top of the chips as if it were scraps.
