"Wir (2 Erw., 1 Kind) bekamen ein lauschiges Plätzchen im Garten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war richtig lecker. Wir haben ein neues Lieblingslokal in Winterthur gefunden!Je nachdem, für wieviel Personen ein Tisch benötigt wird, bekommt man auch 2 Wochen vorher keinen Tisch mehr!"

"we had dinner end of April in the Taggenberg and it was excellent. We went there with friends, didn't know that there was a restaurant. It is just a bit in a nowhere, outside of Wülflingen, a small town close to Winterthur. The interior is very tasteful and charming. The personnel was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excellent food, very good vine and a fantastic dessert. All in all to recommend and for sure we are going back again."

"Ein vollzügliches Restaurant! Ich bin noch nie bei einem Besuch enttäuscht worden. Jedoch sollte man beachten, falls man vorhat drei Gänge zu essen, es etwas länger dauern kann. Sie machen alles wunderschön frisch und daher kann es ein bisschen mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr gesellig und spendiert am Ende oftmals einen Limoncello. Da das Restaurant nicht extrem gross ist, hat er auch ab und zu Zeit sich mit seinen Gästen zu unterhalten. Super Essen, tolles Ambiente und ein exzelenter Sevice. Weiter so!"

The interior design and the attention to detail with their quality furniture (outdoors and indoors) is stunning. I didn't expect this at all form such a restaurant on the country side. The interior design of this restaurant seems like you're sitting in a state of the art hospitality place somewhere in NYC. The food is delicious and their rather small menu speaks for quality. I have never been disappointed. Their waiter (we had that blonde, tall German lady) is the best and loveliest waiter I've ever had. Such a high attention to detail and barely any need to ask her for stuff. She understands everything and proactively brings new water, bread, wine etc. She has such a high level of empathy and understanding of her guest. Wine: their wine list is huge and you'll be able to find some great rare bottles. As an appetizer I highly recommend to take their local champagne called Väterchen Frost. Such a great discovery! Locally produced and better than any French Champagne. The bar: Stat of the art! Stunning design, Sonne Seuzach owns an ice machine producing round clear ice. This is rare in Switzerland and surely a huge statement that they understand the bar scene of 2019. Innovative bar menu with great whiskey and gin selection. Negative Point: On Saturdays the have live music, which starts playing way too early and too loud. It's a bit of an awkward moment when you're sitting there with family and friends and expect to have some good talks. But then the live music starts to play that loud you have to scream at each other. I recommend to start with the live band later at night like 10:30 or 11pm. And not that loud please. Summary: Please keep up that high sense of quality, detail orientation and stunning food. A change in menu would't hurt either. I'm curious to see what kind of food-creations you're going to present. "I was there with my work colleagues during the lunch time because we had a seminar in Wintherthur at ZAG . The place is very cute , clean ans the service guy European) is Herz friendly yet shy. We ordered mix Momo plates and I be honest the meat one is ok but others like cheese and veggie are not tasty, they are very dry inside and very salty . The Momo sauces especially the Chilli one don’t have any taste . It’s like water and Chilli powder mixed together. Ps. since the owner answered my 2 star rating without comments , here I am writing a depth review of our experience during our Visit. Atmosphere: 4.5 Cleanness: 5 Service guy :5 Food especially Momos Meat : 3.5 Cheese 1 Veggies : 2.5"
