"Another fabulous meal tonight. Steak night on a Thursday. Ordered 2 meals both sirloin, cooked medium. The order arrived quickly, was cooked to perfection and was so easy to cut one of the best steaks we’ve had in a very long time. Very friendly helpful staff and good music too. Would strongly recommend a visit."

My favourite pub in Carlisle, would recommend to anyone. Staff make every trip brilliant Kirsty, Hannah, Kimberly, Christine and Mick always have time to talk to the punters and make you feel welcome. In particular the quiz followed by rock and roll bingo on a Thursday is a highlight.
