"famous villa in caveferrata, to be restored largely, has become hotel/restaurant to attract attention, although, to get there, a new set of shock absorbers for the car is necessary. a deserted road, with 1000 useless bumps that makes you think 5 times to return a second time! in the kitchen however they have done a great job: we take the legs flambè to the cognac, the swords on the guitar in squirrel sauce, pears and pepper and after the ton cut and great real fried of fish, wine and desserts. fantastic! short visit inside and outside the villa, with a beautiful view towards the capital. .bel park, beautiful location, excellent cuisine, bad street."
