This makes the feeling of saturation much faster and the guest is supposed to order less – inappropriate! In our case, hygiene was rather below average, however, does not mean that it is always so. The plates were not 100% clean. The table was a little siffy. On the walls and, for example, on the radiators, there are more fat sprayers or the like. We found it rather bad compared to comparable restaurants below. Sushi, for example, works with a lot of rice – relatively little filling fish, vegetables . This also leads to saturation faster. The warm dishes were also not particularly appealing! In my comparisons, for example, I refer to the Yumini restaurant in Dortmund. There is the same concept buffet with iPad, etc. at identical prices. The ambience is much better, the selection greater and the quality better. Waiting times between the gears are also shorter."
