the bizarre remains was that I could not book online. I called the restaurant and they said they had no bookings on the same day. how ridiculous is that? service was first-class and eat ok, but restaurant was less than half full. probably the people went elsewhere if they could not confirm a table at gbk. one of the most strikingly stupid marketing experiences of all time!

This restaurant is a great option for burgers, whether you prefer meat or vegetarian options. They offer a nice selection of sides, and the staff is friendly with good service. Vegetarian options are available, including the ability to build your own burger. It is a kid-friendly spot, with plenty of space for parents with pushchairs. We dined in for dinner and had a nice experience overall.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cold burger and had to send it back twice. I have been waiting for a refund for 10 minutes now. The service was non-existent, and the manager had to tell a staff member to give me my refund, but she ignored me and served another customer instead. It was a shocking experience. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5. The price per person was £40-50 for dinner.

Totally chaotic! Poor service and poor food. To start with, the toilets weren't working so we had to go out of the restaurant to the nearest public toilets. I had to return a burger twice, asked for well done but it came **** at room temperature both times. The second time it was returned the chef rolled his eyes and turned his back on me without saying a word. We were not the only customers returning food. Needless to say, I won't be returning!

So, for the first time in a gbk, it was long to go. after this experience I will not rush back. the restaurant was about half full when we arrived. we were standing in the sign “Sat Here”... for age groups. many employees looked, but no one realized that we were there. just at the point where we were gone, one of the employees went by and collected us. No apology that she was left for an old one. try to order through the QR option, but system would say card was accepted, but then the transaction would not enforce. So went into the bar to order. the food came, the thin pommes were cold, not warm, but hardly warm. have caught the attention of one of the workers who was tested for heat by shoot...
