Very friendly atmosphere , the food is good , classical of the area , well made , prices are very reasonable . I came twice in a week without any disappointment , a restaurant to be recommended

We keep coming back to the Goldener Stern year after year and it never seems to change which is a very good thing! Try the Karpfen or the Schäufele for a very Fränkisches meal. Highly recommended!

very friendly, quick service and delicious food! I got the fresh fried leber (super-dender perfectly cooked) and my man got the venison and late zle with sweet. the portions were also well dimensioned.

When I came to the restaurant, the waiter was not really friendly and I started to doubt if I chose the right restaurant. but after I had ordered that his behavior changed and I got a friendly and precise service. I was satisfied with eating and at the end enjoyed my lunch there. I can recommend it.

We came here twice on a recent visit to Schwabach once with a large family group, once just a few of us. They took very good care of us on both occasions. Service was attentive and friendly. The menu offered classic German choices. Portions...were beyond generous. We will certainly come again the next time we are in Schwabach!

the first time for me here and the first time in this very beautiful and in the ground perfect gasthof. eat first class, nice selection of classic local dresses and more German service very friendly and fast, good choice of the beer (go for the local dark, very good) and enjoy the rest: the ambiente, the people and the atmosphere. We come to the area every years to visit the Interzoo Messe. This is our time dining at this restaurant. We sat outside under the trees with a nice view of the Marktplatz and the Church. Not sure if there was a change...in management or ownership but we remembered the food to be better. I had the breast of duck and it was tough and overcooked. The use of the gold leaves did not really help.... It was pretty busy the night we were there, that might explain the somewhat slow service. We will be back in Schwabach in years, hopefully Der Goldene Stern will be back to it's former glory. Voir le carte
