The food here is super tasty and lots of it can be made vegan. We always come here for lunch when in Edinburgh.

Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. The staff is very friendly. I had a wonderful masala dosa, I would definitely go back if I stayed longer in Edinburgh!

I was so confused by this menu of what was vegan. When the samosas arrived they were frozen inside. When my meal arrived it was chicken. Poor experience, wouldn't recommend.

Closest I have found to food I ate in India, with some interesting options. Veg samosas are really tasty, the gobi manchurian is a favourite, and one of the few places I can find masala dosa in Edinburgh.

My meal here really enjoyed! My waiter was incredibly beautiful, and the food was delicious and fresh. The Dosa was differently prepared for most Dosa, but not in a bad way! Just a bit thicker and less crispy than most.

Lovely local Indian restaurant. Definitely worth visiting! Friendly and attentive staff, food was fresh and delicious, came out quickly and steaming hot. We had chicken korma and butter chicken, very introductory curries, next time we will venture into something a bit spicier.

We go to Golden Ambal quite often, simply love this place, just the best Indian restaurant in Edinburgh. Friendly, helpful staff, menu clearly characterized what is vegan, or can be veganized. We love the Idly Sambar Madras and Kadai are our favorites. A good varied menu, great value and fresh, tasteful ingredients
