I had a silvester dinner here with family and friends and since it took place on silvester, we had to book not only in advance but also preorder. .

We had a very nice evening, a very attentive and pleasant waiter. The wines were perfectly matched to the delicious dishes. I am still intrigued that you can use sharpness (chilli) so optimised.

A place that makes you happy. The view of the Dom and the Rhine is unimaginable and through the glass front you get any weather near the skin. The dishes are excellent, the wine is not from this world. Voir le carte

Very elegant restaurant with very nice, courteous staff. We were there for a business dinner on Saturday night After we called 20 minutes before, we were told that there was a table for three people spontaneously. We had a sushi plate, a once chicken and a once cod, everything tasted excellent and was beautifully dressed. The HAMMER was, of course, the dessert! The prices are very high, but for a special occasion it is worth the money. The absolute crowning of the evening was the great view, when the sun went down.

Am letzten Sonntag waren wir wieder einmal zum Brunch im Hyatt. Wie auch bei allen Besuchen zuvor war auch dieses Mal alles perfekt. Angefangen vom tollen Blick auf den Dom und den Rhein, über den zuvorkommenden und aufmerksamen Service. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist unübertroffen. Ob es nun das Sushi ist, oder die verschiedenen Salate. Der nahtlose Übergang zwischen den Gängen und die liebevolle Detailverliebtheit macht den Besuch so besonders. Wir haben schon viele Hotels mit guten Brunch Angeboten besucht. Aber dieses hier ist bei Weitem das Beste Wir werden, auch wenn die Anreise aus Stuttgart etwas weiter ist, sehr gerne wiederkommen.

To begin with, we made a reservation by the phone and it was confirmed, but when we arrived at the restaurant there was a problem with the reservation and the hostess was wondering what to do for minutes even though the restaurant was empty....The salads came quickly but then we waited for hour and minutes(after we were done with the salads) for the main courses.... The service was extremely bad, there were or waiters walking around the restaurant and noone even took the empty dishes from our salads. For the prices we paid we expected a star service...not even close to star service. Finally, the food was average...out of things we order, only the salads and the beef was ok, everything else w...
