Came here as it had good reviews on TA and they are correct we had a truffle and burrata pizza and a sliced steak

We visited the restaurant four days ago and ordered two pizzas. The Sarda and the Lou Reed (pictured), both were fantastic! The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy yet fluffy and light. The toppings and the sauces on top were delicious. We can’t recommend this place enough! Go here if you want the best pizza and service in Olbia.

Excellent quality pizza in a fresh secluded garden. Try the 'giropizza ' if you are at least 3 persons: for 16 euros you will be served as many pizzas as you can eat with final sweet pizzas, topped with tasty local ingredients. The dough is made from a special low gluten wheat, so easy to digest. Better to reserve a table in advance.

We had a great dinner at Triku, the menu has a selection of gourmet and revisited local dishes along side classic and gourmet pizza. All the ingredients are local, the pizza dough is slow rise and they use a mix of flour from local grains. Smiling staff, nice atmosphere, right price, overall great experience.
