Normally I have no reason to complain because usually I like to order at giovannis but today I really have to say the pizza was really not good since it was very dry and the salami was burned. I honestly did not like to recommend the delivery service to every one of my friends and acquaintances, and I am always very enthusiastic about the food because it is really good and fresh and actually really tastes delicious.

Over 2 1/2 hours waiting time, although it is called on the phone order 45-60 min. After more than 11/2 hours of call and asking where the order remains, the pizza was on the go. After another 30 minutes there is no pizza yet, again asked the same answer, the delivery would be on the way. It's just a 10-minute drive. Pizza then finally arrived after more than 2 hours and of course was no longer really warm. Friendly was only the driver who was unfortunately not on the phone. There we were only resurrected. There are no more orders.

Über 2 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit, obwohl es bei der Bestellung Am Telefon hieß 45-60 min. Nach über 11/2 Stunden angerufen und nachgefragt wo die Bestellung bleibt, gab es zur Antwort die Pizza ist unterwegs. Nach wiederum 30 Minuten noch immer keine Pizza da, nochmals nachgefragt, selbe Antwort, die Lieferung wäre unterwegs. Dabei ist es nur eine Fahrt von 10 min. Pizza kam dann endlich nach über 2 Stunden an und war natürlich nicht mehr richtig warm. Freundlich war nur der Fahrer, die Personen am Telefon leider nicht. Dort wurden wir nur immer wieder genervt vertröstet. Dort wird ab sofort nicht mehr bestellt.
